Run Down of How We Work

Below is how we work in a nutshell!

This is a basic overview. Each surface or product has a different scope of work, so please read the details on the surfaces page for your chosen product.

1. Create your very own online estimate
2. Book a site survey
3. We visit you to confirm the estimate and create actual quotation
4. We create a job file for your specific job with all the necessary details.
5. We take a minimum 5% deposit to secure your booking.
6. You then sit back and relax and let us do what we do best.

Site Survey

For those of you who would like a more detailed approached of how we work!

Once you are happy with your estimate and you would like to move forward with the project, we can arrange a site survey where we will bring relevant samples and brochures for your chosen surface.

On our site survey we will listen to your needs and requirements and offer our expertise to help you get the most out of your driveway or patio.

We will discuss all areas of work, not only design, but we will look at and discuss how and ways to make the space easy and more functional to live with.

Quoting your Drive

Once we are all agreed on the best solution, we will then line mark the whole area perimeter as necessary with ground spray and measure the area accurately. We will then edit the estimate as required, adding or subtracting as necessary and produce an accurate quotation.

With the exact price and dimensions and all the materials needed, you can make an informed decision whether you would like to proceed with the works.

Hassle Free Installation

Once we have the green light to go ahead we will then gather all the information we need to arrange a smooth, hassle free installation.

This involves taking photographs of all the areas of work, doing risk assessment and creating a schedule of work. All the information we gather is put into your individual online file on our data system which allows us to create paper copy job files with relevant photographs, checklists and specification which are printed off for the groundwork’s team to work from.

Your online file will be added to as the jobs progress. This way of working not only minimises any hiccups, but really helps us organise and monitor all installations. This professional and consistent approach ensures a consistent and professional finish every time.

Over the years we have perfected our methods of work and over the last 5 years the use of computers and online technology has played a huge role in developing the way we work. With all our experience and technology at our fingertips, we are not saying we know it all! We still love to learn and hear customer requirements and feedback good and bad, so we can keep moving forwards and strive for perfection in all aspects of our work.
